Come Back to Presence Sleep Meditation

Tonight’s sleep meditation will help you relax by coming back to presence over and over again.

When you want to figure it all out,

Come back to presence.

When you want to worry about what might be,

Come back to presence.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed by the details,

Come back to presence.

When you’re drowning in emotions,

Come back to presence.

PAUSE…

Your point of power lives in the present moment. 

Which means that right here,

Right now,

Is the only moment that exists. 

And it’s here for you to step deeper into your true self. 

Ready for you to make a decision,

Or take inspired action,

Or allow yourself to rest completely.

PAUSE…

This present moment is yours to mold,

It’s the only moment you have any control over at all. 

PAUSE…

So rest deeply right now, my love,

And come back to presence anytime you drift.

Because here is where all the cosmic questions of the universe are answered,

Here is where eternal peace resides. 
Here is where you are plugged into the divine source of it all.

So Let’s Begin…

COME BACK TO PRESENCE SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT

So find your breath,

And settle your attention onto it,

And feel it pull you in with each inhale.

And flow you out with every exhale.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

Your attention singularly focused on this circular rhythm,

This beautiful cadence of air flowing through you,

This automatic miracle,

Giving you life right now.

PAUSE…

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Expand your inhale a little more with every breath in,

And elongate your exhale a bit more with every breath out.

Slowing down,

Clearing your mind,

And relaxing your body.

LONG PAUSE…

As your mind wanders,

Pull your attention back to your breath,

And come back to presence.

PAUSE…

Let those thoughts fall away,

As you focus on what is right now.

PAUSE…

The calming rhythm of your breath.

PAUSE…

The weight of your body on your bed.

PAUSE…

The soft touch of the blankets on your skin.

PAUSE…

The soothing melodies of the music.

PAUSE…

The calming rhythms of the night.

LONG PAUSE…

Come back to presence,

And let the worries melt away.

The plans dissolve.

The thoughts of the past disappear.

They don’t exist right now.

It’s just you,

One with these words,

One with your body,

One with this moment,

And one with the divine energy that exists right here,

The Divine that is you.
