Center Yourself Guided Meditation

Today’s guided meditation will help you center yourself. 

Come back home, sweet one,

And know you are safe deep within.

It’s easy to stray from your center,

Easy to feel out of your skin.

PAUSE…

Life can often pull you,

And stretch you and leave you confused.

Anxious and stressed you become,

You feel empty and bruised.

PAUSE…

But did you know that one deep breath,

Can lead to salvation from pain?

In here you’ll hear your voice,

Here you connect to you again.

PAUSE…

So follow your breath and center yourself,

Let go of all of the things.

Drown out the noise and come home again,

And listen for what it brings.

So Let’s Begin…

Breathe in a little deeper,

Breathe out a little longer,

The rhythm will slow you down.

Breathe in all the love,

Breathe out all the pain,

This breath is where you’re found.

LONG PAUSE (2 MIN)…

The answers you seek,

Are hidden in plain sight.

Just open your eyes and you’ll see.

You have everything within you,

To figure things out.

To realign and fly free.

PAUSE…

Breathe in a little deeper,

Breathe out a little longer,

The rhythm will bring you inside.

Breathe in all the joy,

Breathe out all the fear,

This breath is always your guide.
