CALMING ENERGY FLOW: A SLEEP MEDITATION TO REALIGN AND RESTORE MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

Settle in and let your body find its place of ease.

 

Let your head rest fully into your pillow,

Your arms and legs release their weight,

And your breath begin to slow.

 

PAUSE

 

Take in a long, nourishing inhale,

And let your exhale soften you.

 

PAUSE

 

Again, breathe in,

And breathe out.

Each time you do,

Feel yourself loosening,

Relaxing,

Sinking deeper into rest.

 

PAUSE

 

Let your shoulders drop down and away,

Your chest open gently,

Your stomach soften,

Your back release its grip.

Now, imagine—

A gentle river of soft, glowing blue,

Flowing toward you.

It sparkles with calm.

It moves with ease.

See it arrive at the crown of your head,

Pooling gently,

Now feel the river expand,

Filling your whole body,

Circulating gently inside you.

Every inhale carries it deeper.
