Today’s calm down meditation was made for those moments when you’re feeling anxious, stressed or full of energy, and want to calm down.
This meditation was made for those moments when you’re feeling anxious, stressed or full of energy, and want to calm down,
So you can settle into the present moment,
And feel the calming waves of peace from the inside out.
So Let’s Begin…

CALM DOWN MEDITATION SCRIPT
So go ahead and squeeze your eyes shut really tight,
Holding the tension there for just a few seconds.
And then release, letting your eyes remain closed with a newfound softness.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your chest and belly with fresh air,
And then release,
Settling deeper into relaxation.
Breathe…
And let any tension or tightness dissolve with every breath out.
PAUSE…
Now let your shoulders and your arms and your hands tighten,
Squeezing your fingers into a fist,
Raising your arms and shoulders into your ears,
Holding the tension there for just a few seconds.
And then breath out and release,
Inviting your shoulders, arms and hands to melt and relax.
Feeling any tightness evaporate from you with every breath out.
PAUSE…

Now invite your stomach and glutes to tighten,
Gathering up all the anxious energy into your muscles,
Holding it there for just a few seconds,
And then breathe out and release it all.
Feeling all the heaviness dissolve from your body and your mind with every breath out.
Breathe…
PAUSE…
Now go ahead and tense up your legs and your feet,
Pointing your toes and straightening your legs as you do.
Hold it there for just another second,
And then breathe out and release,
Letting go of all the tension,
All the worries,
All the fears,
All the anxieties,
All the fast-paced energies and emotions.
Feel them draining from you as you relax deeper,
And breathe them all out.
PAUSE…
Be here, my love,
In the peaceful pools of calmness that are always alive within you.
Where everything is clear and your soul is at home.
Breathe…
And Be.
Without the noise,
Without the scripts.
Just you.
One with the calmness within you.
Namaste, Beautiful
