So Let’s Begin…

AND THEN THERE ARE THESE MOMENTS MEDITATION SCRIPT

And then there are these moments,

When all feels light and free,

Time slows to a stop.

My soul pours through my hands,

My smile spreads knowingly,

This is life in a single drop.

LONG PAUSE

And then there are these moments,

When life makes perfect sense,

When everything seems to light up,

The shine is so intense.

PAUSE

I see my entire lifetime,

The lives of my sweet girls,

Flash before me in a breath,

Sweep through with twists and twirls.

PAUSE

My eyes well up with salty tears,

As I feel the sacred truth.

Then there are these moments,

When love’s surrounding you.

LONG PAUSE

And then there are these moments,

That dissolve the stress and fear.

My mind clears and my body melts,

It’s my choice to be right here.

PAUSE

And when I’m here, I feel quite light,

Like I am floating free. 

I slowly start remembering, 

My own Divinity.

PAUSE

Magical waves of energy,

Bursting and leaping through.

Connecting me to all around,

To trees and oceans and you. 

PAUSE

See if you can feel the warmth,

That permeates your soul.

When you sink into these moments,

And let go of all control.

And then there are these moments, 

We’re one with One Great Love.

And all is well within us,

We know we are beloved.
