You’ve heard them knocking,
Those lovely dreams,
Those things that have been tugging at your heart.
The ease in your day,
The money here for you,
The kiss of your true love.
Things you yearn for,
Things you’ve imagined,
They all stand outside your door.
You’ve called them there,
You’re ready to receive,
But there’s one more thing you must do.
Take a deep breath,
And open the door.
Allow them in.
So Let’s Begin…
ALLOW IT IN SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT
So breathe now,
As you come deeply into yourself.
And feel yourself melt into your bed.
To allow means to give permission,
Or to give the necessary time or opportunity.
It’s the motion of your hand opening that door,
And finally welcoming everything that’s been knocking.
It’s knowing you deserve the ease,
And the millions of other wishes,
And giving yourself to permission to have them all.
It’s giving your body, mind and spirit the necessary time to slow down,
As you release your hold of the day.
Allow it in.
As each inhale enters you,
Imagine your door opening again and again,
Allowing it all in.
Breathing in and allowing,
Breathing out and relaxing.
Breathing in and receiving,
Breathing out and releasing.
If thoughts arise,
Or stories appear,
That want to keep the door shut.
That want to tell you that you can’t,
Or that it’s not possible,
Or that you’re not enough,
Just take a deep breath,
And allow those thoughts to pass,
Allow those stories to dissolve.
And come back inside,
Back to the inhales of allowing,
Back to the opening doors.
Feel your inhale open your chest,
Open your mind,
Open your heart.
Feel those layers of heaviness peel away as you allow more in,
As you allow yourself to receive,
As you allow yourself to be.
