So allow yourself to settle into your favorite, most comfortable sleeping position,

And bring your attention to your breath.

Just noticing its natural cadence.

Feeling the cool air on your nose as you breathe in,

And the warm air on your nose as you breathe out.

Maybe silently saying to yourself breathe in when you breathe in,

And breathe out when you breathe out.

If you’re feeling discomfort of any kind,

Go ahead and move your body as needed, releasing any pain or tightness,

And then let yourself nestle back into a place of comfort.

And breathe…


Let tonight’s affirmations open the doorway of sleep for you,
