I’m ready to let go of the day and settle into sleep.
I release the anxieties that are living within.
I honor my body and all she’s done for me today.
PAUSE…
It is okay for me to let go and relax completely.
I leave the day behind.
My bed is a comfortable, safe space.
PAUSE…
I am deeply loved and supported.
Everything is going to be okay.
I release anything that is weighing on me.
PAUSE…
I am deeply relaxed and ready for sleep.
I am ready to restore my mind, body and soul.
I have done enough today, and now I allow myself to rest.
PAUSE…
No one needs me, I am free to sleep.
The nighttime is full of dreams and possibilities.
I will wake up fresh and full of energy.

I am extraordinary, and deserve a full night’s rest.
I release all negativity, judgement, and pain.
I invite in healing.

The night is full of ease.
