Tonight’s sleep meditation will help you ease into deep sleep as you imagine yourself walking in nature.

If you just tune in a bit,

If you bring your attention inside. 

You can hear the soft symphony,

The sounds of nature far and wide. 

PAUSE…

Turn away from those thoughts,

The storm inside your head.

The noise they make is far too loud,

Come into the night instead.

PAUSE…

The crickets and the birds,

And the swaying of the trees.

They surround you with love tonight,

With harmony, with ease.

So Let’s Begin…

A WALK IN NATURE SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT

So breathe deeply now,

And inhale the fresh scents of air.

Then breathe out completely.

Let this moment be your prayer.

PAUSE…

Mother Nature heals,

And she reminds you of who you are.

A cosmic miracle in the flesh,

And a piece of the divine star.

PAUSE…

When you remember this truth,

Something inside of you finds peace.

You realize these Earthly worries,

Are in your power to cease.

PAUSE…

So open yourself tonight,

On this walk upon the grass.

Feel your stresses melt,

And all those anxieties pass.

PAUSE…

You are so much greater,

Than all those daily plans.

Your soul is here to live with love,

And it’s all within your hands.

PAUSE…

So release the day and come inside,

Where nature calls you back.

To the truth you know intrinsically,

That there’s no such thing as lack.

PAUSE…

The melodies are relaxing,

Her energy lulls you to sleep.

You feel yourself wrapped in love,

And sinking into the deep.
