Oh the holidays! They can be full of love and family and traditions…and they can also be full of stress and anxiety and even pain.

No matter what the holidays are for you, the intention of today’s meditation is to create a space to connect to YOU…especially in a season when so much attention is given to others and outside events. So you can get centered, find peace, hear your inner voice that will guide you during this season and ultimately, BE PRESENT and joyful.
