A SLEEP MEDITATION FOR GIRLS MEDITATION SCRIPT

So focus on your breath,

And feel the day melt away.

Breathe in a little deeper,

And breathe out a little longer.

PAUSE…

Nice, easy breaths.

Notice the rhythm of your breathing calm you down,

Slow you down,

And relax you.

In…

And out.

Relax,

And release.

PAUSE…

No matter what happened today,

This moment is new,

And it’s yours to create.

So rest tonight,

And melt deeper into your bed,

Deeper into the loving arms of sleep.

PAUSE…

Feel the magic of your soul deep inside your body,

Like a little ball of golden light,

Glowing in your chest.

PAUSE…

This is the place that knows your power,

This is the glow that is unique to you.

This is the light that shines brightly into the world.

And it is always here.

PAUSE…

On the great days,

And on the tough days,

This ball of golden light is always here within you,

Whispering to you,

Reminding you of who you are,

And guiding you on your path

So you can radiate with confidence,

Embody kindness,

And be the most extraordinary you you can be.

LONG PAUSE…

So breathe, dear one,

And feel this golden light expand from your chest,

And out into your body.

Out from your shoulders and into your arms,

Down to your belly,

And into your legs.

Feel it rise into your head,

And cascade down your back.

Let it soothe you,

Let it calm you,

Let it comfort you.
