So Let’s Begin…

A SLEEP MEDITATION FOR EMOTIONAL HEALING MEDITATION SCRIPT
Here you are now,
Ready to rest,
Ready to lay it all down,
Even if your heart still feels heavy.
PAUSE
You may be carrying grief.
You may be carrying loneliness.
You may be carrying exhaustion
From a season that asked too much of you.
And maybe,
You’ve even been hard on yourself
For not feeling better yet.
PAUSE
But tonight, love,
There is only one thing asked of you:
Rest.
LONG PAUSE
So let yourself settle deeper into your bed.
Feel the comfort of the sheets around you,
The support beneath you.
Feel the safety of this moment.
And allow yourself to be held.
PAUSE
Take in a slow, steady breath,
And sigh it out.
PAUSE
Another breath in,
And release.
Let your body soften more
With every exhale.
LONG PAUSE
If your mind is still circling,
If your heart is still aching,
Let them.
You are allowed to simply feel.
You are allowed to simply be.
And in this moment,
Even the heaviest feelings
Can soften just a little
When they are held in love.
PAUSE
So breathe gently,
And notice your body melting.
Your face loosens.
Your jaw unclenches.
Your shoulders drop.
Your arms rest heavy and warm.
PAUSE
Your chest expands with each breath,
Releasing the weight it’s held.
Your belly softens.
Your back unwinds.
Your hips grow heavy.
Your legs and feet sink deeper.
PAUSE
From head to toe,
You are surrendering.
LONG PAUSE
You are human,
Beautifully human.
And every breath you take
Is proof that you are still here.
Still worthy.
Still whole.
LONG PAUSE
It’s okay if tonight feels heavy.
It’s okay if tonight feels lonely.
It’s okay if tonight feels tender.
You are loved here.
You are enough here.
PAUSE
Let the night hold your sorrow.
Let the darkness cradle your worry.
Let the quiet absorb your tiredness.
PAUSE
And with every breath,
Notice a little more light entering.
A little more ease.
A little more peace.
PAUSE
Like soft waves lapping against the shore,
Peace comes gently,
Tenderly,
Patiently.
LONG PAUSE
You may feel a heaviness in your chest.
You may feel the ache of tears behind your eyes.
Let them be here.
For they too are part of healing.
And healing happens quietly,
In the pauses,
In the soft surrender
Of nights like this.
PAUSE
Breathe, love.
Let the air remind you of life.
Let the exhale remind you of release.
Tonight belongs to rest.
LONG PAUSE
Know this, dear one—
Even in your loneliest nights,
There is love surrounding you.
Even in your darkest moments,
There is light within you.
PAUSE
Sleep is here,
Ready to heal you.
Ready to cradle you.
Ready to whisper to you
That peace is possible.
PAUSE
Sweet Dreams, Beautiful.
