Tonight’s sleep meditation is a nighttime blessing so you can sleep peacefully.

Rest now,

It’s time to settle.

Time to say goodbye to the day,

And sink into the depth of the night.

It’s time to restore,

And restart.

So let your breath unravel the layers of anything you carry,

So your soul can be nourished by the blessings welcoming you into deep sleep.

So Let’s Begin…

A NIGHTTIME BLESSING SLEEP MEDITATION SCRIPT

Breathe now,

Inhaling deep into your body,

Feeling the air travel all the way to your fingers and toes.

And then exhale,

Letting everything float away into the night.

Breathe…

And release.

Breathe…

And relax.

PAUSE…

Feel the slow rhythm of your breathing,

Let it cradle you in its arms,

And gently rock you to sleep.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Slowly,

Lovingly.

PAUSE…

Feel a warmth illuminating from your heart.

Feel it open you up,

Ready to receive the blessings of the night.

Be here,

Open.

Vulnerable.

Trusting of the love that is here for you.

PAUSE…

May you know that you are special,

And that you are loved.

PAUSE…

May you open yourself to giving and receiving love.

PAUSE…

May you leave this day behind with gratitude, grace and wisdom.

PAUSE…

May you dream without limits tonight,

And believe in the magic they possess.

May you be forgiven.

Let your body melt further into your bed,

As you relax deeper into sleep.
