Let it all go…
The boulders that you carry,
The needs that you’ve buried,
The dreams that feel scary.
PAUSE
Let it all go…
Expectations that are weighing,
Opinions they’ve been saying,
Rules you’ve been obeying.
Let it all go…
LONG PAUSE
Standing in the space,
That’s left when all has cleared,
There’s nothing more for you to hold.
So open your heart,
And let love pour in,
And wrap you so you are consoled.
PAUSE
Imagine your soul,
Standing in front of you,
Arms outstretched for a hug.
Sink yourself in,
Compassion fills you up,
Here you are safe and snug.
PAUSE
Breathe it all in…
Deep love for your soul.
Knowing that you’re whole.
Love filling the holes.
PAUSE
Breathe it all in…
Compassion and grace.
Owning your space.
Joy for you to embrace.

Upon yourself you look,
All judgements are gone,
And all that’s left here is you.
You’re perfectly imperfect,
A being of beauty,
Loved, whole and renewed.

So go out and live,
Your life fully expressed,
Messy, flawed and all yours.
Forgiveness and grace,

Love has all of the cures.
