This is a quick break from the chaos meditation that will help you stay calm and centered.
Just press play below and let me guide you…
The intention of today’s meditation is to give you a quick break from the chaos of life around you.
Sometimes that chaos looks like fast movement that is heavy and stressful.
And sometimes that chaos looks like lots of noise and laughter and music and conversations.
No matter what your chaos looks like today, this meditation will give you a chance to tune it all out, relax and come home to your center.

A Break from the Chaos Meditation Script
So Let’s Begin…
Go ahead and get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and bring your attention inward.
Aware of the position of your body,
Noticing the smooth rhythm of your breathing,
Recognizing if you have any pain or discomfort anywhere and allowing yourself to adjust or move to alleviate it.
Feeling the air touch your skin,
Noticing any tingling or warming sensations in your body as you relax and breathe.
PAUSE…
Focus on your breath for just a bit.
Feeling the air enter and exit your body,
Feeling your body expand and contract with each breath,
And allowing the smooth cadence of your breath to slow you down.
PAUSE…
Be here.
Rooted in this moment.
Envisioning the happenings of your life as swirls of light above you, separate from you,
As you continue to breathe in and breathe out.
There is nowhere to be right now.
Nothing you have to do.
You exist now…in this moment.
You deserve a break from the chaos.
PAUSE…

If you notice thoughts arising,
Tasks you need to get done,
Details you need to organize,
Responsibilities on your shoulders,
Scenarios of life replaying in your head,
Or even emotions swimming around…
Just acknowledge them,
And on every exhale, just envision yourself releasing them.
PAUSE…
The chaos of life is happening around you, my dear, not in you.
You are calm.
You are relaxed.
You are deeply connected to yourself.
PAUSE…
Now take two deep breathes in, filling your belly on the inhales and letting go on the exhales.
Slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes as you awaken your body from your meditation,
Feeling quiet, calm and centered.
Open your eyes and take one last deep breath and exhale all the way out.
This is a new moment. A fresh start.
Namaste, Beautiful
