So Let’s Begin…

BE THE LIGHT YOU ARE MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

Gently let your eyes close,

And take a long, nourishing breath in…

And exhale slowly, letting the weight of the morning melt from your body.

 

PAUSE

 

Again, inhale deeply,

Letting the air fill your belly,

And exhale fully — softening your shoulders,

Relaxing your jaw,

Settling into this sacred pause.

 

PAUSE

 

Let your body be still.

Let your mind unwind.

Let your breath flow gently, naturally.

 

PAUSE

 

Just like the sun doesn’t struggle to shine…

You were born radiant.

 

PAUSE

 

The sun doesn’t ask permission to rise.

It doesn’t dim itself to make others comfortable.

It simply glows.

It simply warms.

It simply is.

 

PAUSE

 

And so are you.

 

LONG PAUSE

 

That light within you —

It’s steady.

Endless.

Effortless.

 

It lives in your smile,

In your presence,

In the quiet kindness you offer the world.

Even when you forget,

It never leaves.

 

PAUSE

 

You are not here to become light.

You are here to remember that you already are.

 

PAUSE

 

So today…

 

Let your light rise with you.

Let it move through your voice,

Your hands,

Your choices.

 

PAUSE

 

You are the sun.

Bright.

Whole.

 

PAUSE

 

Even when clouds roll in…

The light is still there.

So simply be the light you are.
