MELT INTO SOFTNESS MEDITATION SCRIPT

 

Gently close your eyes…

And take a slow, full breath in.

And exhale slowly.

 

LONG PAUSE

 

And again…

Breathe in.

Feel your body receive.

And breathe out…

Feel yourself let go.

 

LONG PAUSE

 

Now imagine you are wrapped in a soft, gentle light.

Not from the outside —

But a radiance that is rising from within you.

 

PAUSE

 

It’s the kind of light that softens edges.

That smooths the hardness.

That whispers,

“You don’t have to hold it all.”

 

PAUSE

 

Feel the light gather in your shoulders.

Let it melt.

 

PAUSE

 

Feel it pool in your belly.

Let it loosen.

 

PAUSE

 

Feel it soak into your jaw,

Your hands,

Your chest.

 

PAUSE

 

Let yourself yield.

 

LONG LONG PAUSE

 

Softness is a space you return to.

The place inside you that knows

There is no rush.

Only the steady hum of your own gentle being.

 

PAUSE

 

So melt into it now.

Let the moment hold you.

Let the breath steady you.

Let the softness meet you…

Exactly as you are.
