So Let’s Begin…

UNAPOLOGETICALLY RECLAIM YOUR TIME MEDITATION SCRIPT
You gave your time to summer’s call,
To family trips, to giving all.
To meals and messes,
Laughs and cries,
To sunscreen, swimsuits, star-filled skies.
PAUSE
You held it down, you held it well,
Even when your tank would swell
With silent prayers for space and peace,
A moment just for you—release.
PAUSE
And now the morning light feels new.
The house is quiet.
So are you.
PAUSE
This isn’t empty.
This is space.
A sacred gift.
A breathing place.
PAUSE
So take it now.
This breath, this beat.
Let shoulders drop,
Unclench your seat.
PAUSE
You don’t need guilt to steal this grace.
You’re not a thief.
You’ve run the race.
PAUSE
You’ve earned this pause, this stretch, this hour—
Not just to rest,
But to reclaim your power.
PAUSE
You are not only what they need.
You’re made of vision, thought, and seed.
Of dreams that whisper, “Start again,”
Of mornings meant to draw you in.
PAUSE
So breathe in deep, and meet the part
That longs to listen to her heart.
That wants to walk, or write, or roam,
Or simply sip her tea at home.
PAUSE
No need to ask for this to be okay.
You’re not a guest in your own day.
Set down the guilt.
Uncross the line.
You don’t need permission to reclaim your time.
PAUSE
This season calls you back to you,
To all you are, and yet can do.
But not from force, or role, or pace—
From softness, sovereignty, and grace.
PAUSE
Let this be your sacred start,
To tend your mind,
To fill your heart.
To let the world around you spin,
While you come home to truth within.
PAUSE
Time won’t wait—
But it will bend
For the woman who chooses herself again.
PAUSE
So choose her now.
Don’t wait, defer.
The more you show up for you…
The more you’ll have to give to her.
PAUSE
Reclaim your time.
It starts today.
Not in a rush,
But in your way.
PAUSE
This hour.
This breath.
This sacred view.
Back to school.
Back to you.
PAUSE
Namaste, Beautiful.
