DEEP ROOTS GROUND ME MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

Step into your power,

and allow deep roots to grow around.

LONG PAUSE

Invite these roots to ground you,

and center you.

PAUSE

Breath new life into your chest,

and feel a fresh rush of energy spread peace down your roots as you exhale.

LONG PAUSE

With each inhale,

ground deeper into the space around you.

LONG PAUSE

Focus on diving deeper into each breath,

as you sink slowly,

grounding your roots further and further into the soil.

PAUSE

Come into your body, and breathe.

PAUSE

Aware of your growth.

Feeling your roots.

PAUSE

You have come so far.

Rejoice in the stability around you.

LONG PAUSE

Imagine from each new challenge you face, and overcome,

a new root sprouts.

PAUSE

Grounding you.

Holding you steady.

LONG PAUSE

Your body is capable.

Your mind is powerful.

PAUSE

Your deep roots ground you in this moment,

In this life,

In your true nature.

Nothing can unearth you.
