Today’s 5 minute meditation will help you get in the mood for sex.

The intention of these meditations is to give you a safe and empowering place to connect intimately with your sexual self, so you can be fully expressed. In doing so, it’s possible we can encounter pools of pain, shame or limiting stories that can bring up a lot of emotions. Be gentle with yourself in these moments. And know that I honor you deeply for being here.

It can be so easy for all of us to get caught up in the daily activities of life. They can keep our sexual energy hidden behind layers of daily tasks, responsibilities, and plans. So today’s meditation is a quick practice to release those layers and allow your deep sexual energy to emerge.

So take a deep, full breath in,

Letting your mind know it’s time to come inside.

Away from the thoughts,

Away from the plans,

Away from the tasks.

PAUSE…

Breathe,

Slowly,

Consciously.

And allow it to slow you down.

PAUSE…

Imagine those layers of the day,

Peeling away from you with every breath out.

PAUSE…

Let go of the responsibilities,

Let go of the expectations,

As they peel away from you one by one.

PAUSE…

Feel yourself lighten,

And connect to the sexual energy inside.

The glowing vibrations of sexual pleasure,

Waiting to be expressed.

Reminding you that you are safe,

Worthy,

And ready for sex.

Feel the warmth between your legs,

And invite the gentle and loving energy to spread throughout your entire body,

As your attention remains here,

Far away from the outside world,
