Find your breath,
And release a big sigh.
Let that exhale sink you into your position a little deeper,
And feel as the day melts off of you,
And the calm of the night covers you.
PAUSE…
Relax,
And be here.
There’s nothing to do but sleep right now,
So surrender yourself into the arms of the stillness.
