Surrender to the rhythms,

Of your body and its sounds.

PAUSE…

Let your shoulders drop,

And your mind slowly clear.

Let your body melt,

And everything heavy disappear.

If you bring yourself inside,

And float in the space within.

All the good that’s yours,

Appears outside and in.

The conscious breaths you take,

Quickly make you aware,

The food and the water,

Your shelter and the sun.

These basic things are blessings,

Each and every one.

The people that surround you,

The kisses, hugs and smiles.

Warm you and connect you,

And fills you up for miles.

The chance to follow your dreams,

The fire in your belly to live.

The opportunity for growth,

To help others and to give.
