Today’s guided meditation is a closing prayer that can be used anytime you want to celebrate and honor an ending.

The time has come,

To honor an end. 

To say goodbye,

And bring things to a close, my friend.

PAUSE…

Wave goodbye,

To all that has passed.

To the lessons learned,

The beauty that has amassed.  

PAUSE…

This closing prayer helps us make sense,

Out of what life has been so far,

It shift us into gratitude,

For everything that you are.

PAUSE…

From here we can release it all,

The good, the bad, and everything in between.

And then create a new space,

That’s open, loving, and serene. 

PAUSE…

So breathe in deep,

And feel the air inside,

Filling up your belly,

Infusing you with pride. 

So Let’s Begin…

You’ve allowed yourself to evolve,

Another season has passed,

You’re shedding your skin now,

Find comfort knowing it doesn’t last.

PAUSE…

Think of all the things you’ve learned,

And the person you’ve become,

Make peace with the hard parts,

And get excited by what’s to come.

PAUSE…

Take a moment to swim in gratitude,

For all that has come your way.

And embrace it one more time,

And then release it, watching it float away.

PAUSE…

We say goodbye and pray right now,

For the opening up ahead.

The fresh path ready for our feet,

The new voice within our head.

PAUSE…

She tells us that we’re wiser,

And opportunities abound.

She reminds us the past is gone,

And that love is all around.
