You are a goddess!
A gorgeous, divine being.
Full of love and light.
And yet sometimes you forget.
You get so caught up in the everyday-ness of life that you detach from the goddess within you and weigh yourself down by the details of being human.
But your goddess is here. Living inside of you. In harmony with your human-ness.
So the intention of today’s meditation is to connect deeply with the goddess inside of you, to invoke her and infuse yourself with her strength, wisdom and love.
When you take the time to think about how many details are required to work perfectly in order for your body to function – for your lungs to allow you to breathe, for your muscles allowing you to move, for your digestive system allowing you to eat food – you realize that your body is truly a miracle.
If you’ve ever had pain, or an injury or even been sick…you’ve been reminded of how important it is to listen to your body and take care of her.
Your body is so wise. And observing her can give you access to information you need to live your best life.
So the intention of today’s meditation is to give you the space to tune into her…to truly listen to what your body is telling you.
The intention of today’s meditation is to help you be truly alive in this present moment. To appreciate exactly where you are and exactly what you have in your life…right now, just as it is. Just as you are.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the future.
In your goals, your desires and your visions of life that will happen when you achieve this or when you have that.
And while achieving and showing up everyday in pursuit of goals is fulfilling and makes life exciting, we can often times get too caught up in them, allowing us to uproot ourselves from the beauty of the present moment.
In the practice of mindfulness, we call this non-striving…the practice of sitting with things they way they are now.
So today’s meditation will help you root yourself in this moment, appreciating your life for the amazing gift it is now.
The intention of today’s meditation is to calm your mind when you’re stressed about money, and help you find peace amidst the uncomfortable financial situation you are in. And to help you detach from the worry so you can make decisions from a clear and loving place. And, to gently remind you that everything is already ok.

Cash flow needs to be managed
And here you sit, holding it all on your shoulders.
Your mind is spinning with possible solutions
Your heart is heavy as you think about the work, the time and possibly the sacrifices you foresee making in order to even everything out.
All those thoughts compete with the voices in your head that remind you that money is abundant and to shift your mindset.
But this stress is real. The worry is real. The heaviness is real.

Over the years, I’ve developed a practice of writing morning letters to the Universe when I feel this way…usually when I want to start my day intentionally so I can shift out of a certain mood, or I want to feel connected to the universal energy that weaves all of us together, or when I simply want to make sense out of the noise in my head.
Ultimately, so I can be connected, clear and vibrant.
