AFFIRMATIONS FOR INSPIRATION MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So relax,

And settle your body.

Letting your breath calm your mind,

And slow you down.

PAUSE…

I am pure love.

I am the creator of my life.

I am vibrant and full of joy.

PAUSE…

I easily manifest my dreams.

I am made for abundance.

I can do anything I put my mind to.

PAUSE…

I write my own story, and can make edits at any time.

I am inspired by the people around me.

I have everything with me that I need.

PAUSE…

I am in tune with my intuition and trust her guidance.

I am the magic of the Universe.

I am focused.

PAUSE…

I can achieve anything I want.

Anything is possible for me.

Creativity flows easily through me.

Today’s morning meditation will help you get in the mood for sex.

Good morning, Beautiful,

This week, we’re meditating about sexuality.

The intention of these meditations is to give you a safe and empowering place to connect intimately with your sexual self, so you can be fully expressed. In doing so, it’s possible we can encounter pools of pain, shame or limiting stories that can bring up a lot of emotions. Be gentle with yourself in these moments. And know that I honor you deeply for being here.

It can be so easy for all of us to get caught up in the daily activities of life. They can keep our sexual energy hidden behind layers of daily tasks, responsibilities, and plans. So today’s meditation is a quick practice to release those layers and allow your deep sexual energy to emerge.

So Let’s Begin…

5 MINUTE MEDITATION TO GET YOU IN THE MOOD FOR SEX SEXUALITY MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

So take a deep, full breath in,

Letting your mind know it’s time to come inside.

Away from the thoughts,

Away from the plans,

Away from the tasks.

PAUSE…

Breathe,

Slowly,

Consciously.

And allow it to slow you down.

PAUSE…

Imagine those layers of the day,

Peeling away from you with every breath out.

PAUSE…

Let go of the responsibilities,

Let go of the expectations,

As they peel away from you one by one.

PAUSE…

Feel yourself lighten,

And connect to the sexual energy inside.

The glowing vibrations of sexual pleasure,

Waiting to be expressed.

Reminding you that you are safe,

Worthy,

And ready for sex.

PAUSE…

Feel the warmth between your legs,

And invite the gentle and loving energy to spread throughout your entire body,

As your attention remains here,

Far away from the outside world,

One with your beautiful, sexual energy.

Humming deep inside of you,

When You’re Stressed About Your Health Guided Meditation

Today’s guided meditation will help you release the stress and anxiety you are feeling about your health, so you can be open to healing.

When your body is hurt or in pain,

When its ecosystem is not working at is should,

When your health is suffering,

Come inside,

Deep into the heart of you,

And release your stress,

Your fears,

Your anxieties,

So your body can open the pathways to healing.

So Let’s Begin…

WHEN YOU’RE STRESSED ABOUT YOUR HEALTH GUIDED MEDITATION SCRIPT

So breath in deeply,

And let it bring you here.

Exhale completely,

And feel yourself drop into comfort.

Keep your attention on your breath for a bit,

Riding its rhythm of air in and out of your body.

Letting it soothe you.

Letting it calm you.

PAUSE…

The whole world becomes small and slow when your health is suffering.

Priorities quickly shift into place,

And you go to work doing what you can to physically heal.

PAUSE…

But then, the thoughts arise,

Like a windstorm of dust invading your mind with what if’s,

Worries,

Regrets,

Anger,

Fears,

And constant replays of what might be.

And the anxiety grows.

PAUSE…

But healing cannot happen with the dark cloud of dust around you,

Clarity cannot guide you.

So breath out, my love,

And release the stress of it all,

So you can open yourself to healing,

So you can see with a clear mind the steps ahead of you,

So you can be be deeply connected to your soul,

Whose wisdom will comfort you.

PAUSE…

Breathe in fully,

And imagine the air flowing in and traveling to your head.

Then exhale,

And imagine the air letting go of all those thoughts and emotions.

Breath in, feeling the air filling your mind with its fresh breeze,

And breathe out, releasing everything inside.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

PAUSE…

Let go of the stresses right now, sweet one,

Let them escape through the waves of your breath,

And let your mind be clear,

Calm,

And open.
