Today’s reimagining the year ahead meditation will give you a sacred space to reimagine the year ahead.

Your past does not need to dictate your future.

No matter what the past year brought to your doorstep,

You can be the creator of the year ahead.

So the intention of today’s meditation is to give you a sacred space to reimagine the year ahead. To let go of the challenges, pain or experiences that have occurred in the past so you can create anew in this present moment.

So Let’s Begin…

REIMAGINING THE YEAR AHEAD MEDITATION SCRIPT

So allow yourself to settle,

Closing your eyes and relaxing your body,

Consciously slowing down your breathing,

And becoming aware of the way your breath moves your body.

Maybe even placing your hand on your belly,

So you can feel it expand as you breathe in,

And contract as you breathe out.

Breathe…

PAUSE…

Your life exists right here.

In this moment.

Like a diamond, the pressure and experiences of the past have shaped you into the glorious gem you are right now.

Breathe in gratitude for it all.

No matter how challenging it has been,

It has brought you here.

PAUSE…

But your past does not need to imprison the possibilities of your future.

It can teach you.

It can evolve you.

But it cannot define you.

So take a deep breath in and give yourself permission to breathe out all the limiting beliefs that may be living inside of you.

Perhaps they sound like…

Life is hard.

There’s too much suffering and negativity in the world.

I can’t do what I really want to do.

Just breathe them out with every exhale.

Letting them go.

Breathe them out.

PAUSE…

Now, feel the spaciousness inside of you.

An opening.

A new space to imagine.

Free of expectations.

Free of boundaries.

Free of definitions.

Your place of joyful creation.

Feel the warmth spread throughout your body.

And simply be here.

With this open space.

PAUSE…

Now for the next few minutes, I want you to allow yourself to play with the answers to this question.

What do you want to create in the year ahead?

There are no limits.

Let yourself sit with this question, and see what comes up.

PAUSE…

Now bring your attention to your breathing,

Back to the movement of your body.

And bring your hands to your heart.

The year ahead is yours to create, my love.

For yourself.

For others.

For the world.

And it starts here.

In the present moment.

From a place of love, connection and intention.

A Meditation for New Resolutions

A resolution is defined as a firm decision to do or not to do something.

And when we make resolutions, we typically are doing them with a deep desire to live in alignment with our best selves.

So the intention of today’s meditation is to give you a powerful practice to connect with your best self, and see your new resolutions thriving in your life.

So Let’s Begin…

A MEDITATION FOR NEW RESOLUTIONS MEDITATION SCRIPT

So go ahead and get settled,

Closing your eyes and adjusting your body into position that allows you to feel relaxed and alert.

And go ahead and take one big, deep breath in,

Expanding your belly as much as you can,

And then release.

Bring your breathing to a slow, easy rhythm,

And feel yourself relax further into your position.

PAUSE…

Unclench your jaw,

Let your shoulders drop,

And invite your arms and legs to get heavier and relax.

And breathe…

PAUSE…

Feel your breath moving through you,

And imagine yourself following its path as you breathe in.

Following it to the center of you,

Deeper and deeper inside with every inhale.

To the home of your true self,

Your soul.

Feel as the oxygen feeds your soul with every breath in.

Your raw and unfiltered self.

Let your breath be your doorway to her.

Breathe…

PAUSE…

Be here.

Deeply connected.

Just you.

Perfectly imperfect.

Whole.

PAUSE…

Invite yourself to think about one resolution you want to make.

Why do you want to make this resolution?

Let yourself sit with the answers that come up.

And see if you can imagine that those answers are being poured into a small bowl that you’re holding gently in your hands.

Pour those answers in the bowl.

Maybe they sound like…

Because I want to have more energy.

Because I want to be happier.

Or

Because I want to expand what’s possible for me.

Go ahead and pour all of your why’s into that bowl,

PAUSE…

Now imagine yourself looking down at the bowl in your hands.

The liquid is clear and soft, and in it you see hope.

Hope for a better tomorrow.

Hope for a better you.

Hope for a better world.

Let yourself feel the warmth of joy in your heart as you let go of any thoughts, stories or past experiences that want to diminish your hope or tell you this isn’t possible.

Breathe them out,

And breathe in the hope.

Breathe in faith.

PAUSE…

Now observe yourself as you bring the bowl to your mouth and slowly drink the water inside of it.

It’s refreshing and you can feel it revitalizing you as you swallow.

These are your whys.

The empowering reasons why you are making your resolution.

The water that will infuse you with momentum,

And will nourish you on the rough days.

Feel the water run through you.

PAUSE…

Now imagine yourself a year from now,

Joyfully embodying this resolution,

Feeling alive with the positive impact it’s had.

Take a moment to paint the picture.

Be here. In this vision. Seeing yourself. Aligned. Evolved. Alive.

PAUSE…

From here, this place of connectedness with your soul, make your decisions.

Make your resolutions.

And watch them come alive.

Today’s morning meditation will create a feeling of excitement, peace and appreciation for the day ahead, so you can shine from the inside out.

Rise and shine, beautiful.

The new day is here and now is your time to greet her with love, with gratitude, with intention.

No matter what happened yesterday,

Or what’s on the schedule for today,

NOW is the only moment that matters.

So the intention of today’s meditation is to create a feeling of excitement, peace and appreciation for the day ahead, so you can shine from the inside out.

So Let’s Begin…

RISE & SHINE MORNING MEDITATION SCRIPT

Let’s begin by sitting in a comfortable position that allows you to feel relaxed and also alert.

Take your first, deep breath in, inviting in the cool air to fill you up,

And letting it all out on your exhale.

Another deep breath in, feeling the refreshing air expand your chest and your belly,

And let it all out.

Let your breathing slow down into a normal, easy rhythm,

And see if you can feel your body relaxing a little bit more every time you breathe out.

Breathe…

PAUSE…

Allow yourself to imagine a tiny little fairy is hovering in front of you.

Her wings are flapping quickly and she’s holding a wand that’s illuminating boldly with white light.

She smiles at you, and you know she’s here for you. Safe. Kind.

You welcome her magic on this new morning.

PAUSE…

She reaches her arm out and softly touches your forehead with her wand.

Immediately, you feel the comforting coolness of her touch,

And can see that the light from her wand is now inside of you.

Breathe it in,

And notice that with every breath in, this refreshing, magical white light spreads throughout your body.

Illuminating your eyes,

Your mouth,

Your heart,

Your arms and hands,

Your belly,

Your legs and feet.

PAUSE…

You are glowing with the light of love.

Aware of the miracle of this moment.

This new day.

This chance to live intentionally, joyfully, and fully.

Feel the fresh energy radiating from your body.

PAUSE…

What’s important is not what actually occurs today.

It’s how you show up to the day ahead.

And right now, in this moment…you glow from the inside out.

May you bring that energy to this amazing day.

Setting Intentions for a New Beginning

You are about to embark on a new journey. A new beginning. A chance to reinvent, refresh and rejuvenate yourself.


Maybe it’s the beginning of a new year.

Or perhaps you’re simply wanting to start tomorrow with a fresh new attitude, new habits and new actions.

Whatever it is, you are a blank canvas, ready for greatness. And setting your intentions is a powerful way to proactively create what it is you want.

So the intention of today’s meditation is to calm your mind so you can hear your inner voice as it speaks to what you truly want for the journey ahead
