I have ptsd and when I lay down to sleep it’s been so hard fall asleep and or stay asleep. Which has been effecting me through out the day being a mama. I hear everything at night. So my husband bought me noice canceling head phones and this is what I listen to. It has helped me in so many ways! Thank you so much for doing these! 🙂
