Sit With Your Feelings

Today’s meditation is here to give you the space to sit with your feelings.

 


When we’re in the mix of emotions we consider “negative”,

like anger or fear,

frustration or disappointment,

Sadness or resentment…

Our natural desire is to want to get rid of those feelings fast

So we can stop the pain and discomfort that comes along with them.

But sometimes, the best thing you can do is to sit with your feelings…

To really allow yourself to acknowledge your emotions

To look them in the face, call them by name…

And surrender to the lessons they’re here to teach you.

So the intention of today’s meditation is to give you the space to sit with your feelings…

To call them by name

To honor them

And to feel their power dissolve as you do so.
