Today’s morning meditation is a chance to tune into nature.

Feel the wind,

Gently kiss your cheeks.

PAUSE…

Hear the calls of the birds in the distance.

PAUSE…

Stand under the shade of the trees,

And wiggle your toes in the cool Earth.

PAUSE…

Tune into nature,

So you can revive your wild spirit,

Your untamed soul.

So you can claim your space in the magical cycle that we are all a part of.

So Let’s Begin…

Breathe…

And slow yourself down.

Let your body soften,

Let your mind clear,

And sink deeply into comfort.

One with nature,
